Move for Movember: Let’s Take Action for Men’s Health

With November just around the corner, I was reminded during a catch-up with friends that Movember is upon us. A powerful initiative raising awareness and funds for men’s health, including prostate and testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention.

One of Movember’s most visible symbols is the moustache, grown in solidarity with men facing challenges that often go unspoken. While I already sport a moustache, the message behind it resonates deeply: it’s about looking after ourselves and each other.

This year, I’m taking a slightly different approach. Instead of growing a mo, I’ll be moving more for Movember and I’d love for you to join me.

Here’s a simple challenge:
Pick ONE of the 60-themed goals below - a number chosen to honour the 60 men lost to suicide every hour worldwide.

🏃♂️ Run 60 km across November
💪 Do 60 reps a day (press-ups, burpees, sit-ups, or star jumps)
📅 Do 60 reps per week (around 9 per day)
📖 Read for 60 minutes a week — something that supports your mindset or growth
🚶♂️ Walk for 60 minutes every day

If you’re in, drop a ✅ in the comments and let’s keep each other accountable throughout the month. No ego. No comparison. Just showing up, for health, wellbeing, and each other.

So, who’s in? Which challenge are you choosing?
